General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all sales made through the website blissbloomstudio.ch, including digital products (downloadable files) and physical products manufactured and shipped via third-party print-on-demand or dropshipping providers.

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these GTC without reservation.

PRODUCTS

The store offers two types of products:

Digital files (PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.), created by blissbloomstudio.ch, available via download after purchase.
Physical products (apparel, accessories, stationery, home decor, etc.), printed on demand by third-party providers (e.g., Printful, ArtofWhere, Gelato, PODtner,…) using original designs by Blissbloomstudio.ch.

ORDERS

All orders are final once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer summarizing the order.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

PAYMENT

Payment is required immediately at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include:

Credit or debit card (via Stripe, PayPal, or other secure providers)
PayPal

All payments are securely processed by third-party providers. Blissbloomstudio.ch never has access to your banking information.

If the payment is declined by the bank, the order will be automatically canceled. No product will be delivered or downloadable without confirmed payment.

PRICES AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF), including all applicable taxes.

Swiss VAT is applied where required. For EU customers, the VAT applicable in the buyer’s country may be charged under the OSS (One-Stop-Shop) system.

Any import duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY

Digital products:

Delivered immediately after payment via a download link. No physical delivery is provided.

Physical products:

Shipped by third-party partners (e.g., Printful, PODtner, ArtofWhere, Gelato,…).
Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days depending on the country.
The seller is not responsible for delays in production or shipping caused by third-party providers.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Digital products: Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once the download has started with the buyer’s express consent.

Physical products: As made-to-order or personalized goods, these products are not eligible for withdrawal, except in cases of defect or production error.

RETURNS

In the event of a defective or incorrect product, the customer must contact hello@blissbloomstudio.ch within 14 days of receipt, including photo evidence.

If the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be sent at no cost. No refunds will be issued for physical or digital products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (designs, images, text, files) is the exclusive property of Blissbloomstudio.ch and is protected by copyright law.

No reproduction, resale, or modification is permitted without prior written consent.

Digital files are for personal use only and may not be used commercially.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the content on blissbloomstudio.ch (including images, texts, designs, code, and structure) without prior written permission.
Any abusive use of the website, including automated or fraudulent activity, is forbidden and may result in legal action.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (nFADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU customers.

Data is used only to process orders and is never sold to third parties.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.
In case of dispute, the competent court is located in Lausanne, Switzerland.
